Booking your appointment
You can book your appointment online at forbesfeet.com or by calling us on 01534 722770. Our phone line is open from 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
We do not accept appointment bookings via social media or practitioner emails.
Any follow up appointments should be booked online or by calling us.
Covid-19 restrictions and guidelines
You must not attend your appointment if you are isolating, living with someone who is isolating, if you are a direct contact, waiting for a negative test result, or if you or any member of your household is showing any symptoms of Covid-19, as outlined by the Government of Jersey. Please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.
Appointment confirmation and reminders
We send our patients a confirmation of their appointment by email, along with an email reminder two days in advance, and a text message reminder one day in advance of your appointment.
Please ensure you have provided the correct and most accessible email address and mobile telephone number so that our confirmations and reminders can reach you.
Rescheduling or cancelling your appointment
We reserve the right to charge for missing your appointment, or rescheduling or cancelling within 24 hours your appointment. You will be charged the full cost of your appointment.
To avoid any fees, please reschedule or cancel with as much notice as possible. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment by calling us on 01534 722770.
Arriving late for your appointment
We aim to run the clinic as smoothly and punctually as possible. We want to provide the best care for our patients, reduced appointment times due to late arrivals may result in delayed treatment results.
Patients who arrive late for their appointment will be subject to a reduced appointment time or maybe asked to reschedule.
Paying for your treatment
You can see all our treatments and services on our website, along with fee rates. We updated our fee rates in June 2021.
You will need to settle the cost of your treatments or purchases in full at the time of your appointment. We do not provide credit.
If you are covered by private medical insurance, we’ll be happy to provide you with a receipt or a letter so you can claim back the fees for your treatments or products directly with them. If your appointment is covered by the Government of Jersey's Pension Plus Scheme (PPS), please read our policy on PPS below.
We do not liaise with private medical or health insurance companies on your behalf. If you request that we liaise with your medical insurance directly, a £10 admin fee will be added to your invoice.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, but we don’t accept American Express or cheques. You can also pay by cash or by bank transfer (BACS). You can request our bank details by emailing email@example.com
Pension Plus Scheme (PPS) patients
When booking your appointment you must tell us if you are a PPS patient and ensure you are familiar with what treatments you can and cannot claim for.
Orthotic therapy (assessments or any support devices) and the Forbes Feet ProPedi are not covered by PPS.
Before attending your appointment, ensure you have signed up to the scheme with Social Security, we cannot do this for you. You should also make sure you have enough PPS credit to cover the cost of your appointment. Any oustanding balance must be settled at the time of your appointment. We do not provide credit.

Attending your appointment
When you arrive for your appointment, please wait in the car park and wait to be called in as we do not operate a waiting room. We are a small clinic and want to ensure that it is possible and safe for our staff and patients to observe physical distancing.
We will be leaving extra time in between appointments to allow you to easily physical distance, we urge you to arrive on time for your appointment.
Please maintain physical distancing and use the hand sanitisers provided when entering the clinic.
Only patients are allowed into the clinic treatment rooms. Children should be accompanied by one parent or guardian. Patients who require assistance may also be accompanied by their carer.
We advise our patients to wear a face mask, unless exempt. Children under 12 are not required to wear a mask.
We exercise a stringent cleaning routine of touch points and treatment chairs, before every appointment in addition to our normal cleaning and disinfecting routine.

There are patient parking spaces available. The clinic entrance is through the small courtyard via the double doors.
The clinic treatment rooms are to your left, based on the ground floor.
